Who are we and where to find us?

We are Rapisense and we aim to deliver ground breaking research in areas of need.

We are a research team at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, that is actively working on the development of automated, digital technology to screen complex matrices for small molecule contaminants, in-line and in real time at point of need. By partnering with UK dairy industry stakeholders, we are developing solutions to deliver a system that directly addresses dairy industry needs. At the same time, we are constantly exploring ways to adapt our core technology for use in other industries, broadening its impact beyond dairy and unlocking new market solutions and opportunities.

The University of Strathclyde has established over 60 spin-out companies and allocated £7.5 million for investments between 2020 and 2024. A joined mission is to deliver world-leading education, research, and innovation that benefits society, transforms lives, and drives sustainable economic growth.
